Calzedonia, the Italian based fashion brand known for their leg and swimwear are broadening the brands horizons into the French market with their tasteful, quality, and more importantly accessible swimwear. For their new capsule, Calzedonia in a first, enlisted aid of none other than French actress, model, and Marianne Laetitia Casta as the face and ambassador for their latest 2023 Summer Swimwear Collection.

Sharing a common vision for artistry, liberty, and femineity, Calzedonia and Laetitia collaborative capsule showcases versatility, celebrating women through various themes, styles, shapes, and sizes. The Summer Collection consist of three themes: Coastal Chic, Summer Festival, and Wild Nature. Some of the highlight pieces from the collection are the eye-catching tie dye designs of the Formentera bikini, the beautiful curve shapes of the Lione and Cairo one pieces, and Laetitia’s favorite, the black Dallas one piece swimsuit. The Summer 2023 Collection boast plenty of style, quality, accessibility and was designed with the artistry and values of Laetitia Casta in mind.

Chanel’s Creative Director Virginie Viard celebrating the lush cinematic history of the city of Los Angeles and evoking Californian way of life, kicked off Chanel Cruise 2023/24 in grand fashion. A city known not only known for its history of film, but also its famous beaches and active pursuits, chiefly aerobics and roller skating. While the collection can look quite sporty, Cruise 2023/24 still boast familiar hallmarks of Chanel like tweed suits, sequins, and timeless elegance.

In May 2023 issue of Vogue France, the magazine honors the late designer and visionary Karl Lagerfeld, along with the recent Met Gala’s tribute to Lagerfeld. Famed designers such as Pierpaolo Piccioli, Donatella Versace, and John Galliano also pay homage to Lagerfeld. Mona Tougaard, a top model shooting to the stratosphere, graces this beautiful tribute issue to Karl Lagerfeld. Noting her Scandinavian roots, Vogue France also touch on the fashion happenings in Mona’s home country of Denmark. Mona wears brands like Bulgari, Fendi, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, and Sergio Rossi.

For their May 2023 play issue, Harper’s Bazaar España highlights aspects of interpret, play, train reproduce, touch, while celebrating the nonconformist and daring spirits. As summer quickly approaches, the team including stylist Claudia Laukamp and photographer Santiago Belizon with model Kim Noorda create athletic and chic looks in their version of play. Kim wears pieces from Cartier, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Celine, Mango, Dior, Prada, Chanel, and Saint Laurent.

There have been many great artists and their muses who have profoundly impacted our world throughout history. One could list the names of Georgia O’Keeffe and Alfred Stieglitz, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, Pablo Picasso and Marie-Thérèse Walter, William Shakespeare and Emilia Bassano. Yet in the 21st century, it’s hard to imagine a more distinguished and creative duo than model Linda Evangelista and photographer Steven Meisel.

Since the start of their burgeoning friendship in 1987, the two for over three decades have left an indelible mark on fashion, photography, modeling, and pop culture. In celebration of their long endearing friendship, careers, and lives, Linda and Steven are releasing a 180 page book of images shot over the course of 25 years that chronicles Meisel and Evangelista’s evolution with imaginative narrative contexts. Linda Evangelista Photographed by Steven Meisel will be published by Phaidon and will include an introduction by fashion editor William Norwich. Pre-orders are availble at Phaidon and they’ll go on sale September 13, 2023.

With their 2nd issue, the bilingual French culture, design, travel and style magazine, City, explores springtime in Palermo, the capital city of Sicily, Italy. Under the direction of Germain Chauveau, stylist Azza Yousifand, and photographer Alex Majoli take a cinematic stroll down the streets of Palermo with Luna Bijl in statuesque shots showcasing 2023 fashion and the culture of Sicily. Luna wears the latest in Gucci, Prada, ALAIA, Celine, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Miu Miu.
