There have been many great artists and their muses who have profoundly impacted our world throughout history. One could list the names of Georgia O’Keeffe and Alfred Stieglitz, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, Pablo Picasso and Marie-Thérèse Walter, William Shakespeare and Emilia Bassano. Yet in the 21st century, it’s hard to imagine a more distinguished and creative duo than model Linda Evangelista and photographer Steven Meisel.

Since the start of their burgeoning friendship in 1987, the two for over three decades have left an indelible mark on fashion, photography, modeling, and pop culture. In celebration of their long endearing friendship, careers, and lives, Linda and Steven are releasing a 180 page book of images shot over the course of 25 years that chronicles Meisel and Evangelista’s evolution with imaginative narrative contexts. Linda Evangelista Photographed by Steven Meisel will be published by Phaidon and will include an introduction by fashion editor William Norwich. Pre-orders are availble at Phaidon and they’ll go on sale September 13, 2023.

With their 2nd issue, the bilingual French culture, design, travel and style magazine, City, explores springtime in Palermo, the capital city of Sicily, Italy. Under the direction of Germain Chauveau, stylist Azza Yousifand, and photographer Alex Majoli take a cinematic stroll down the streets of Palermo with Luna Bijl in statuesque shots showcasing 2023 fashion and the culture of Sicily. Luna wears the latest in Gucci, Prada, ALAIA, Celine, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Miu Miu.

For d la Repubblica first issue of 2023, stylist/editor Ellie Grace Cumming and photographer Alasdair McLellan piece together an imaginative gothic fashion display with all of the glamour and quirks d la Repubblica is known for. Wearing Burberry, Max Mara, Blumarine, Dior, Dries Van Noten, Dolce & Gabbana, and Prada, model Mona Tougaard is a vision of works from Tim Burton and legendary goth rock bands of yesterday like Bauhaus and Sisters of Mercy.

For their Big Fashion Issue Grazia UK is celebrating all the spring fashion fits. One of the up and coming brands celebrated in the Big Fashion issue is Reluxe Fashion. With an environmental focus, stylist and fashion consultant Clare Richardson, hopes to inspire a change away from fast fashion and more interest in slow fashion.
